The Directors should use the following three objectives to focus the Co-op’s energy and resources.

• One central location for member health history information, including health records.
• Member health history and records organized along a chronological timeline
• Ability to share health information with care professionals, family, and friends. Eighty percent of care is given by family and friend caregivers.
